The heater was on when we arrived after hours it was so warm and cosy We had an early flight it was a great place to stay the night.

Very clean. Short distance from the airport and easy late check in and early check out. My kids paid $2 to play billiards and half the balls were missing, including the white ball.

Booked through wotif and didn't see anywhere on any of the comms about having to book airport shuttle at least 24hrs in advance. I booked well over a week before my stay. As this is advertised as a feature and the main reason I stayed there, it was annoying because I had to book at $40 Uber for 5am. Would have booked at the airport for that price. People in the cabin next door were noisy until well after 1am. No one answered the after hours mobile (in email) anytime after 5.30pm.

Parking is conveniently located next to each unit. Booked a mobility accessible unit and was assigned one with ramp access & a spacious bathroom suitable for wheelchair users. Unit was clean with adequate lightings, a well equipped kitchenette & generous sized fridge. Peaceful & quiet ambience in this village with green landscaping. Convenient short drive to nearby mall for food and essentials. Would like to stay here again on my next Melbourne trip.

The property was great, very clean, easy to get too and near somewhere to eat. Check in was a terrible experience, the sign on the door said they would be back in ten minutes but turned out someone was there so waited for no reason. The the guy couldn’t figure out my name so he nicked my phone and started scrolling through it until I forced him to give it back. The other problem was the Internet which was completely non existent. The internet is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity especially if you are staying in a place because it is close to the airport. If price is your only concern, stay here. I won’t be back though
