Oceanica Resort was such a beautiful place to stay. The beach is honestly breathtaking and easily one of the nicest we’ve seen. The whole atmosphere made it really hard to leave.
What stood out most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and hardworking. You can really tell how much they care about guests having a great experience, and we were so grateful for how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout our stay.
The breakfast was also one of the best we’ve had while traveling with so many fresh and delicious options every morning.
The only area that could use improvement is the on site restaurant service. The staff there were wonderful and clearly doing their absolute best, but it seemed like there simply weren’t enough people scheduled to keep up when it got busy, especially on weekends. Wait times for food and drinks could be quite long at times.
I’d love to see the resort add another bartender and more servers during peak times because the staff truly deserve the support.
Overall we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making our trip so memorable.
