Great location, great staff. Hot water did not work. Rooms need updated big time. Very minimal parking.

We found this on hotels.com.. The pictures do NOT match reality. The building is dirty and not updated. On check in, the staff kept asking for our email confirmation from Hotels.com. I kept giving them the email and they said that was not correct. After a few minutes, they finally let us in. We tried breakfast one day and it was nothing special, but okay. The room had no microwave nor fridge. There was Mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The ceiling was peeling. The closets looked terrible. The bed mattress was about 4” thick, not a hotel quality mattress. The sheets were almost brown from age and stained. For rooms with a view, there is no Air conditioner or heat, just a fan. We are very cold, when we asked for a blanket, it had holes in it. There is free parking accessed at the back of the property in an alley, spaces are very limited and crowded. The rate was cheap and in the heart of town. Burnham park and SM Mall are both very close. After getting burned by Hotels.com twice, DO NOT TRUST ONLINE PICTURES, THEY RARELY MATCH REALITY I would have given this a ONE Star, but we found an even worse hotel on hotels.com

The place is old and the service is poor. So stingy when it comes to soap, shampoo, slippers and there wasn’t any towel and hangers to use when we entered the room.

Good location. Good breakfast. Staffs are helpful But the building itself is pretty beat up.

room needed updating , staff were kind but seemingly needed strong leadership management

I love the employees but room needs maintenance (door at the patio is not closing, smoke and dust are coming in, we’re a little bit suffocated

Staffs are friendly, but the property is dated. Room smells weird and feels dirty, the sheets and towels shows as if they weren't bleached. They should not put a dark beddings under the sheets as it gives a dirty impression on the blankets. I think it's time for renovation. Air-conditioned rooms don't have outside windows Anyway the location is great, everything is walkable, close to SM, burnham, Ukays and everything else.
