Clean room a bit small with a kid staffs very nice and helpful breakfast ok lots and f shops nearby good location

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel room in a convenient location. There were multiple subway stations nearby and walking distance to various shops. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Fukuoka.

Very good location. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Big and clean room. They provide free coffee, tea and water.

Hotel is a little dated but perfectly functional.Good location for getting around Fukuoka.

The staff are friendly but their English is limited. Two had to use a device to speak into to translate their Japanese to English or my English to Japanese. I recommend you use the Visitor center in Tenjin near the Lion Square (by the Mitsukoshi entrance) to get information for tourist related questions. The hotel is in a great location near the Daimaru department store and Nakasu is Fukuoka’s famous entertainment and nightlife district — an island strip between the Naka and Hakata rivers just east of Tenjin. As for the rooms. Cons: The control for the AC is terrible. In Japanese and I could never get it to my liking. Once there was a loudspeaker announcing not to use the toilet / someone caused a problem. There is no English TV. Not even CNN or BBC. The rooms are small. Its on a busy street and somewhat noisy. There is a a laundry room and Ice machine on 2nd floor. If you pay for the breakfast it is located at a Coffee shop next door. You get a choice of three types of continental breakfasts. FYI in my stay in Fukuoka I also stayed at two other different 4 star hotels much nicer and the same price as this hotel.

Clean and basic. Excellent location. Good value for money.

Staff was great and I like how the housekeeper would refill our towels daily. However the beds were extremely hard, pillows were too deflated an it was super nosy. I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of all the noise. I would not recommend this place if you want a hotel to sleep in. It is close to station and foods but nothing else is good about this place.

Very convenient to everywhere

Room is as expected small but clean. However due to location, it is convenient but noisy as the room sound insulation is very bad. Also communication with staffs in english is an issue as their English is limited.
