If you want a luxury stay - this is not it. Dirty sheets, rude staff, never got through to reception.

Beautiful hotel that is huge. Be sure to check how far your room is at check in if you have any mobility issues. The pools are incredible. The food offer is vast - not entirely sure I’d go half board there again as it was too busy. Breakfast was ok
