Nous sommes demeurer trois nuits nous avons aimé l'emplacement parfait l'excellent petit-déjeuner. Le personnel à l'accueil était très gentil. De plus, stationnement facile près de l'hôtel.

- Staff very helpful and pleasant. - Reception very clean but the corridors are just ok... - one of the ugliest area of Bordeaux but close to everything. - No clock in bedroom. - No nightlight. - Hair dryer has no ground pin and cannot be used in washroom. - Lots of mold between the bath and the wall insert. - Good paper tissues and toilet paper. - Way too expensive at regular price.

It's pretty well located and well run. It's a little bit run down feel but not too bad. It's close to a tram stop and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the old town centre.

Room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable and plenty of room in the bathroom. The location was great with only a 10 min walk to the main shopping street and plaza.

The staff couldn t do enough to help ,and very knowlege of area ,the rooms were spotless ,the breakfast was excellent both in choice and length of time .well placed for trams and city center .plenty of pubs etc in area but also good botel bar
