the hotel staff was fine. the smoke filled lobby was awful. people everywhere smoking. I will not be back.

We had an excellent experience overall. As a non-smoker, I did notice the smell of tobacco occasionally. Everything else was outstanding—the hotel, amenities, atmosphere, and service were amazing. It’s a fantastic place to stay and enjoy the 2026 World Cup. Highly recommended!

I loved absolutely everything about our stay except for one thing. The sales people at the makeup store. I would not advise you walk through the shopping mall section unless you want to be continuously harassed by the women at the cosmetics store. I did not even enter this store. She literally came out of the store, repeatedly saying ma'am. She chased after me down the hall of the mall area and then without my consent wiped a bunch of under eye cream on my face ruining my makeup. I was on my way to dinner and I was so shocked I could not even speak. Who does that?! It literally ruined not only my makeup but my night. Management needs to have a serious discussion with these people.

I spent close to $1000 on two rooms to take my son and his friends to the Hard Rock for a staycation. The hotel knew very well that they were under construction but did not advise us until check in. They said construction was over for the night at 4pm when we checked in but it absolutely was not, and it was happening on the floor above our rooms. Then it continued again bright and early at 9am. This is so awful and all guests should be aware of construction before booking. Also my in room coffee machine did not work. This was not an enjoyable stay. Zero stars. Do not recommend you waste your money.

Great location. Very close (20 mins) to Ft Lauderdale Airport. Beautiful casino and attached shopping mall. I particularly like the outdoor lagoon and walking path.
