They didn’t have our room ready so we weren’t able to get in to get ready for the wedding we were attending. It was also very dark in the bathroom with only 1 dim light.

Good location. Near almost everything. A bit lonely the area. Paid parking!!! 👎 Yes. the parking is not free and a bit separated from the hotel. TV did not work. Friendly staff.

The property is very beautiful. Our room was extremely comfortable. All of the employees that we came in contact with were super friendly very helpful. The property is located in a perfect spot in downtown Chattanooga, perfect for walking to so many different things. We will definitely stay again.
