The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast it’s not what expected but it works specially if you are not vegan and no traveling with kids at least you have something to put on your mouth before starting the day . No vegan options thou I got a bottle of wine which I don’t understand if i was solo traveling with a kid . There is no elevator but staff helped me with the bags which it was really helpful .

My stay was ten nights. I opted for the extra space and facilities of a Suite. The rate was very competitive rate. It provided excellent “bang for buck”. The hotel was very responsive to all my message sent via the “Contact the Hotel” feature in hotels.com. My check-in was handled very quickly and efficiently. During my stay I always found the front desk staff very helpful and extremely friendly. My suite was huge. The first room had a sofa and a hide-a-bed. The kitchen was large and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also, ample dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, and even washing-up liquid, and table and chairs for 4. The bedroom was large and included the sink area. The bathroom was a bit small. Two sets of towels were provided and were changed as often as I requested. There was also a large strong box which held all my electronics and documents. The buffet breakfast included instant coffee, pastry, cereal, and fruit. The eating area is quite small so I just took things to my room and brewed my own coffee there. The bed was firm but I found the pillows to be too big and too firm. The pool area is not huge but never crowed. The water temperature was perfectly cool. The QM also allowed my brother to visit every day so that we could hang out by the pool together. My only complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower. The hotel is close to Ave 5, and also to Playa 28 which we thought was one of the better beaches.

Très bel endroit mais à proximité des bars donc la musique était si forte jusqu'à 3h du matin que c'est difficile de dormir. Pour le reste c'était parfait!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The cute front facing room was awesome. Very clean. Staff was so nice. Made me feel like I was home. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

El hotel es muy bonito y esta muy centrico a una calle de la 5ta avenida, la cama comoda, el cuarto muy grande, con su balcón. El baño amplio y cómodo y los productos como shampoo, jabón y acondicionador, deliciosos. Nuestra habitación contaba con mini refrigerador y utensilios básicos de cocina. Lo único que puede ser molesto, enfrente hay un bar con música muy alta, aunque el cuarto tiene buen aislamiento y te proporcionan tapones para los oídos.
