For the amount of $400 a night you expect at least the room to be clean. The room was dirty with mold and very bad conditions. The staff was very help they even refund partial of my stay but the hotel needs real maintenance.

We are happy with our stay in Double Tree Chicago. Staff named Maricris was super friendly and nice. Next time we go Chicago, we will surely stay in the same hotel again.

terrible welcoming for gold members on Hotels.com and gold on Hilton Honor. got some technical issue at the a/c, i called and text but nobody showed up. Terrible customer service and manager not caring about their guests

I was originally put in a room with no ac. I was offered a fan and i requested a new room, i was downgraded to a new room and was told my stay would be half off. They only took half off 1 night of 5.... very upsetting

I reported twice to the front desk that my coffee maker was not working and the closet door handle was broken. They never replaced the coffee maker.

“Great stay just down the street from Northwestern! Close to everything you need, making it very convenient. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
