We changed our hotel booking to this one because it looked better and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the staff continually provided excellent quality of service with a special thank you to the concierge. The buffet-style meals were always good and our stay was a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Benelmadena.

This hotel is generally excellent, what stops it from being outstanding is the time you had to wait for drinks in all bars except the Roof terrace. And the lack and speed of the lifts in the main building. It was not uncommon to have to wait between 8 to 15 mins for the lift to arrive at any floor.

We walked by the hotel over the last couple of years and had always read good reviews, so this time we decided to experience it for ourselves, and we were very pleased. The quality, service, and beauty of the rooms, as well as everything in and around the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The location is one of the best you can get in; very close to the boulevard, beach, and harbor. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the daily dinners offered for a small additional fee. Personally, I was hoping for a bit more variety in the dinner options throughout the week, but overall the food was very good for the price paid. The rooms are spacious, and we especially appreciated the coffee and complimentary drinks/water provided in the room. One small point of feedback would be that the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Overall, we had an amazing time. Thank you to Hotel Best Triton for a wonderful stay!

Impressive experiences while staying a few nights in this beautiful hotel at our most favorite place in Andalusia. Very friendly staff, excellent service and perfect located at the boulevard and beach. Will be back next time!
