Clean room, different kind of breakfast bit I liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. Definitely highly recommended. Really close to Shinagawa Train Station. Definitely a plus!!! Just crossed the street. I miss Japan already.

Room was maintained clean however just super vintage. Annex tower which are the rooms with king beds is WAY more older than the main tower. Booked two rooms for my older children and one for hubby and I and their room made me want to sleep in a twin bed. Their room was a lot more up to date. When I exited the elevator I felt like I was in the 70s. Again, super clean and bed was oh so wonderfully comfortable! Very close to transportation and nice restaurants on-site however don’t know if I would stay again.

Great location, confusing layout. I'd go again. I wish the restaurants stayed open later. I think they closed at 9 pm. Breakfast buffet was around $27 USD. Was an absolute madhouse.

During renovations, guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration and the restaurant may not be available. A scheduled power outage will take place from 1-5 AM on the following dates and locations: January 5, 2027, in the Annex Tower; January 13, 2027, in the Main Tower and East Tower; January 19, 2027, in the Annex Tower and North Tower; and January 25, 2027, in the Main Tower, Annex Tower, North Tower, and East Tower. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 4-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children 3 and under. Guests booked in breakfast inclusive rate plans are required to bring their keycard or reservation confirmation to the breakfast venue.
