The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁

I stayed in a Toyoko Inn in another city in Saitama before so I was glad to stay here again. This hotel was also very clean and new looking, but I wasn't offered a bathrobe or any amenities from the front desk like the previous hotel.
I really liked the holiday flower arrangements in the lobby and entrance way. It was also easy to find from the train station.
I also chose the hotel because of it's breakfast so it was a little disappointing that it was pre-packaged in take-out containers and not as good as the previous hotel's, but its understandable due to Covid.
