El servicio en general fue excelente, está muy bien ubicado el apto es acogedor pero un poco viejo, las sábanas algo desgastadas. Sin embargo por el precio por noche está muy bien.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best resorts that I've stayed at. Literally all of the staff on the property greeted me with a smile each and every single time! The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. We were in Orlando for the weekend for the AAU Volleyball tournament so we needed something that brought comfort after the long days of competition. Our unit had everything that we needed and we even utilized the grill that the resort provided. We felt right at home! The beautiful pools and really helped my children wind down after the tournaments too. I highly recommend this resort for families and will be bring my whole family back next time!

Very comfortable atmosphere, everything was clean well maintained the pool was wonderful. Convenient walk to discovery Cove and Seaworld. Food is a little pricey, but good.

We have chosen this resort every year for the past few years we’ve been to Florida. Never disappoints. Staff are amazing, rooms are very clean and updated. Propert is immaculate. Coral reef staff are super friendly. Will be back again next year!

We were placing building 6 and there was construction behind our bldg. also too far from the pool and not fun to walk when it’s hot 90’s outside. They also have golf carts but there’s no time to call one. Had to uber basically every where. There’s a trolley close by to get you to some Places but didn’t use it. Asked about it and the front desk was not helpful. Our cleaner only cleaned for two days and stopped on the 3rd day. They even turned off the water on our 4th night and didn’t bother to fill our tubs after requested. We were at the parks and couldn’t get back in time before they shut off the water. Pools were also closed when lightning and rain occurred which was often in early July!

The place is well kept and amenities were okay and the rooms pretty clean and the location was good. Honestly though and not to be judgmental but the guests appeared to be lower class of people...wink wink. I guess because they also try to do timeshares and offer very cheap if not free stays so they can show and try to sell property, you get all types of people where friendliness, high character and good manners are lacking. I will say they were well behaved for the most part but not sure I will be going there again.

The room was extremely comfortable. Great beds, pillows. Bathrooms were large and well equipped. Living space and kitchen were fantastic. Kitchen was low on plates and basic supplies but otherwise very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
