Great location and clean property. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the executive lounge team were fantastic. Only small negative was the gym which needed some equipment repair and could have been better cooled given the climate.

Clean and spacious room. Wonderful shower. Lobby had direct access to Platinum Mall. Convenient location and helpful staff. Also, the spa there is wonderful especially after a full day of shopping and excursions. Just pop right up into my room after the massage session without having to travel. Will recommend.

First day greet by Novotel friendly and helpful staffs . The housekeepers are also very polite and clean the room thoroughly . Impressed with the service for our first time stay . Will surely be back again . Location is perfect for shopping at platinum , central world and big c .

I am always using my name. David Chan for hotel check in for the last 10 over years. This hotel staff questioned me and asked why my passport does not show David Chan but my dialect name Chan Eng Seng. I explained to her I stayed this Novotel before for many times does not have any issues checking in and I shown my booking number/ details and my name card which shown David Chan. She insisting me contact Hotels.com to get verification. I tried to contact hotels.com but its chat messages which I your staff took long time to respond and could not solve my issue with the hotel. I wasted a long time at check in counter. I am disappointed with hotels.com too for slow respond and could not like have an agent to call back. Really disappointed………
