-Staff were amazing -Hotel was spotless -Pools were great -Food mainly catered to other European countries though -Lots to do through the day but limited entertainment on a night especially for kids -Great location

From the moment we arrived to departure,the welcome we got was so wonderful from the staff. We have been to Egypt over 12 times and would not go to any other hotel than the sierra. The staff at this hotel are great and really hard working.they can’t do enough for you

AMAZING AMAZING AS ALWAYS! Hotel, staff, food, cleanliness, friendliness, just everything is perfectly chilled and wonderful. Already booked our 4th stay while we are still here! Leaving today and very sad. See you all soon all of our friends!

Absolutely recommend for all my friends the people wonderful reception dining world surface Food quality is extremely good the hospitality for everybody the smiley face to everyone they let you feel like you are the only guest at the hotel thank you Sieera There’s one lady Her name Marvet at the dinner she’s has a beautiful smile with lovely comments for everyone even my daughter has the first visit to Sharm since 15 years ago she came from States and she loved everything at Sierra that makes me happy we will come back Summer vacation by July with the rest of the whole family ❤️❤️❤️❤️
