Good breakfast, Staffs that we encountered during check in does not seem to treat us in a professional manner. They need to train their staffs better especially in the setting where lots of international travellers stays there. As for cleanliness: not the greatest 6/10 So overall rating: 6/10

My stay here was great. Only thing that I would say is the hallway and elevator was at 86 degrees. Have no clue why and told the staff but apparently this was management who decides this. I'm sure there was a perfectly good reason...I don't know. BUT my room was still very cold and since I'm not hanging out in the hallways it didn't bother me. The stay was still 5 stars!!! The staff was super sweet and welcoming, rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome...they had cereal, yogurt, waffle maker,pancakes maker,eggs,potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, toast....amazing!!!. And the place was prefect location to McDonald's, Jack and the Box, Sonic,Taco Bell (1 min drive) and only 4 min drive to downtown Page where all the restaurants were. And 1 min from Walmart. 10 mine to Horseshoe Bend, 4 min to Glen Canyon Dam, and 10 min to all the Antelope Canyon tours. I recommend staying here.

We traveled from the Grand Canyon area and we happy we could check in early. Staff was all very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Our only complaint was the pool. It was FREEZING! Even on a 100 degree day it was too cold to swim in. The lounge furniture could be updated and a couple pieces were broken. Other than that, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

The room was not ready as promised. It seems they did not have enough staff. The room was big.

I arrived at 12:45AM. I called the hotel as directed for shuttle service the day before I traveled. There was no answer, call going directly to voice mail. I left all info of my travel and asked to be called if there would be a problem getting a shuttle. I was not contacted. When I called after arrival, I was told the shuttle ends at 11:45 and I should take a taxi. A taxi cost me $35 for 1-1/2 mile trip from the airport to the hotel. Not a happy camper!!’

The room is clean & the staff is friendly.

Nice, modern clean hotel...plus a nice breakfast with hot food.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority. The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelled bad, and the elevator had a strong unpleasant smell as well. Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I do not plan on staying here again.
