The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The firmest mattresses I’ve ever slept on which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The air conditioning in the room was also ineffective and took several hours to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Overall, the lack of comfort and inadequate climate control significantly impacted our experience.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Location was good. Great market nearby. Bed was a little difficult. Pillows uncomfortable and bed was wayyyy too firm

Staff was great in booking, helping find areas and locations and very accommodating with everything asked. Hotel was very clean and room service was amazing. Will be back! Highly recommend!!

The Lawinta is in a terrific location. Close to Rompo market for bars but not so close that they are yoo noisy. The staff are relly helpfull and friendly and want to help in any way. I needed a firestikc connection to the tv and they sent 3 staff to help connect. I requested a later check out and they were so accommodating. Id definitely stay here again. Room are clean and bright. Shower is powerfull too.
