We spent about 10 days at Tsai Hotel and Residences and don't have any negative feedback at all. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. Any time we called tot he front desk we were taken care of promptly, whether it was restocking water or taking garbage. We did have to ask everyday for water though and figured they would realize that we wanted our two free bottles everyday. Yet they always waited for us to ask, which isn't bad I guess. Very clean place and plenty of things to do around the area whether you are looking to eat or shop.

I think you need to check if there are bed bugs because I was itching in my entire stay. Toilet wasn't clean enough. Location was great for me since it is too close to where I was going to. It's nice is close to the church. Staff were helpful.

I like that it’s convenient, transportation is easy in the area as well. I didn’t really like the amenities especially the bathroom, shower area water flow is not separated so it tends to flood.
