Best Hotel in Batam. Ideally located with a 2 minute walk to Harbour Bay. Big clean rooms with comfy beds. Brekky is good & the dinner menu is ok. Staff are excellent. They can't do enough to help the hotel guests. Excellent value for money!

Hotel is old and room aircon is not cool at all. Room temperature only 26 to 28 degrees even you set to 5 degrees C.
