This hotel has a nice set up. Big clean rooms, good location, very clean, nice amenities and well maintained. The issue I had was that there seemed to be no thought given to how to arrange the guests within the hotel. I was on a floor with the vast majority of guests being adult, solo travellers or couples. Two families with young children were plonked in the middle of us all. Being woken up by screaming kids running up and down the corridor banging on doors at 7am is not Ok. Particularly if you are getting in at 4am. I did not get more than four hours sleep the whole trip due to the endless noise. Complaints were made to the parents and the front desk but absolutely nothing changed. Next time I will look for an adults only hotel or at least somewhere that has the common sense to keep solo travellers and families separate. Nice hotel but my experience here was awful. Also check-in took an absolute age, way too slow compared with most other hotels.
