I arrived very late at night and Lucia welcomed me as if i was coming home to family! She would get up and prepare a fabulous breakfast each day just for me!!
Her son, Luis arranged a fun day trip to Cotopoxi for me!!!
The location is perfect!! I will never stay anywhere else when i'm in Quito!! ❤️❤️

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great! They also helped us with rides to and from the airport. Our room was near the entrance so it was a little noisy, but not too bad and the beds were really comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Las Plazas. The hotel is very well located, just a short distance from the city center, the church, and other historic sites.
Our room was cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to try a variety of local fruits from the region.
The hotel also kindly arranged airport transportation at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend our driver, German Almeida, who was punctual, professional, and ensured smooth transfers both to and from the airport.
The staff was consistently friendly and attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District.
It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge.

Fantastiskt The hotel is just one block from the main square, which makes it easy to visit and enjoy Quito's historical monuments at a leisurely pace. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Hotel Las Plazas. We really appreciated how attentive the whole staff (family) were to our needs, including scheduling of transfers. We loved the breakfasts and the explanations of the local foods and fruits.

A fine and warmly family operated old building tastefully updated to meet the needs of travelers visiting the area. And just an easy block and a half walk from the Plaza Grande; what more could you ask for? looking hard to find something to fault, the only thing I can think of is that the showerhead was a little difficult to reach in order to direct the flow of water. I hope that Lucia and her son Luis will be there to welcome me when I next visit their fair city.
