The hotel lobby looks nice & elegant, in contrast to the hotel room.The hotel room & bathroom are dirty, the decor is dark & old. The staff, however, is lovely & helpful & efficient. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Nice & comfortable hotel to stay. Surrounding pretty quite for a good relaxation trip. Intend to bring some friends (around 20 pax) next year May for another trip. Looking forward to come again

Uitstekend hotel. In verband met een congres en de daarmee samenhangende drukte, werd voor ons een apart restaurant geopend.

Overall satisfied with our stay in this hotel - walking distance to famous place for food in Bogor: Kedai Kita and Pia Apple Pie. However we find that the hotel could spend more for upkeep as we found some stains on the carpet. The balcony was not as expected as it is shared between a row of rooms - would not recommend to book a room with balcony. We also found flies/insects on the fruits served during breakfast. Would suggest to book a room without breakfast and proceed to the nearby restaurants for breakfast instead. The hotel is also not near to Kebun Raya Bogor, we took a Uber ride to it. Coupled with the fact that Bogor enjoys substantial rainfalls (Kota Hujan). If your sole purpose of visit is to the botanical gardens, hotels just beside the garden entrance might make more sense.
