We had a wonderful stay at the bike & boot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed with my elderly Mum & they were always kind & patient with her. We stayed in a large seaview room. The room & view were beautiful & everything was very clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. Great quality & plenty of choice. Touches like the water, coffee machine & biscuits in the lounge are great too. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location and facilities

Lovely staff, great location and hotel amenities. Unfortunately we struggled to sleep much at all due to the single pane glass and extremely loud gulls. Appreciate it’s a very old building located by the seafront. The boot rooms are very small (which we expected) and quite tired.

booked room only. there was free water, milk for tea and coffee machine and room made up every day. Amazingly down in the foyer their is a room with free coffee machine ,serving lattes , capuchinos, hot chocolate etc. free Biscuits or sometimes cake and ice water all day. Pets welcome and many clients were repeat users. We booked middle of June and the Hotel price was half the price of the Crown Spa and Crescent hotel.Overall great value for money.

This hotel is not the easiest to find by car but is well worth the effort. You can buy a local parking permit from them at a discount rate of £5 per night. Our room (214) was huge, with a wonderful sea view. The bed was so comfortable, and the bed linen was spotless and excellent quality. There was a coffee pod machine and tea making facilities, with free bottled water and fresh milk in the fridge. The buffet breakfast was lovely and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there in the evening as we went to a local event, but the menu looked amazing. I can’t recommend The Bike & Boot highly enough and we would definitely stay there again.

Great position, we managed to park outside near the Travelodge before walking to the hotel. Very friendly welcome. We booked the small room which was very nice, queen size bed, safe in the room, free bottled water, kettle and lavazza coffee machine. Great shower, heated up very quickly, quality shower gel, shampoo conditioner and hand lotion. Free hot drinks in the lounge via machine. Free cookies after 4pm! After our meal out, we came back for a coffee and a hot chocolate. Free films advertised but not working at the moment. We found the window blind didn't keep the light out at the sides, so we woke up at 4am! No body lotion either. We would consider staying again but light pollution would out us off a little.
