Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful property, great location, nice amenities! The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Our stay was very comfortable and we would certainly return on a future visit. We had a 2 queen premier room which was on the third floor and came with a small balcony which we requested. The room and restroom were spacious, clean and look very nice. There was a fireplace in the room we were hoping to use but it was not functioning unfortunately. We contacted the front desk and Marquis was very helpful trying to resolve the issue. Maintenance was unable to resolve the issue during our stay but Marquis was able to offer a discount to our rate to compensate for the lack of this one amenity. We really appreciate the effort to make it right and although we did not get the use of the fireplace we otherwise had an excellent stay.

The front receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Our sheets had hairs on them and the room smelled like weed. They made us feel like it was our problem and not theirs. There was no manager on site to help us. The rooms didn’t have phones and when we called from our cell phone, there was no answer. The breakfast was mediocre and the dining room was way too small. We would never stay here again.

Friendly staff, beds were comfortable and room was spaceious. Good breakfast menu and pool and hot tub was great too! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was centrally located and convenient to all the major attractions. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was good as well. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everything was amazing! The beds were comfortable. The room was gorgeous. The balcony was perfect. The breakfast was far beyond what I expected! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially liked the fireplace. Staff were courteous and professional. The amenities, namely the complimentary glasses of wine and free breakfast, were an added bonus. The only negative I experienced during our stay was the brief interaction with the bartender. I did not get his name. When we went to the bar to receive our complimentary glasses of wine, the bartender was quite curt and unwelcoming. He offered no greeting and his demeanor made us feel like we don’t belong. After pouring our glasses of wine, he motioned with his fingers to give him our vouchers in an annoyed manner, which was quite rude. I would understand signs of frustration if the bar was packed and he was the only one tending, but it was not busy at all.

Everything was excellent except the pool is not open because they’re renovating it and it was not indicated on the website. However, the manager waived some of our fees because of the inconvenience. Over all our stay was great.
