Room was unsatisfactory; the water in the bathroom was yellow, the carpet was unclean, and the furniture was outdated. The only redeemable factor would be the convenient location. Not worth it.

Right on Braga Street, on the weekend when the street is closed to cars, it is quite festive. Citywalk Mall is feet away, and many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The worst hotel in my life especially this is 4star hotel. As if this hotel is 2star,still too much.Need a renovation so bad. And for breakfast,the only highlight is waffles.Taste is quiet good.

Good location..easy to find food and mart.. our shower was broken at 1st but they manage to repair it..they dont provide ironing facilities in the room despite they have staff helping you to iron your cloth but they did not iron it well.. comfy room.. hotel service good..
