Good location old hotel

Clean spacious room.Cold AC. Great water pressure .Staff was very attentive. Rooftop terrace was perfect spot for watching the world cup games at the Fifa Fan Fest. Excellent location right next to Plaza Liberation. Hotel will check and hold your luggage if you arrive early or have to check out before your flight back

This is a very cool old hotel in the heart of old town Guadalajara, just across from the theater, and very centrally located to many of the town's attractions, including Mercado Libertad, the Cathedral, and Teatro Degollado, which is a beautiful building you can see from the Terrace! It's also easy to take a bus or train to get to other parts of town. I was amazed to learn it was a former convent that was converted to a hotel about a hundred years ago, and the age and history of the building gave it a lot of character. If you want to stay in Guadalajara Centro this is a perfect location. The staff was excellent and very helpful too!

As central as it can get. So much to see within easy distance. A classic old hotel very well maintained on a quiet street at a very reasonable price.
