Guests checking in after 09:00 PM will be charged an additional fee of TWD 200. If customers inform of late check-in with reason before 09:00 PM and provide ID information, the customer can check in after 09:00 PM without extra charge and also self-check in after 11:00 PM. Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs. Starting on 1 January 2025, this hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in accordance with government regulations.
