We had a wonderful stay at Frame Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The hallway and lobby were kept clean and tidy as well. The location was superb, close to all amazing street food

the hotel is in a good central location to explore George Town. it was strange at check-in to be ased for RM100 in cash.. which we didn't have. The staff also charged us for the taxes that we'd already paid (but did eventually refund this). Rooms are very basic. Fine for a night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

Room, bed & pillows were comfortable. I liked having the safe and the mini refrigerator. Also liked having the kettle, tea and coffee. Housekeeping is excellent. Bathroom comes with travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, shower cap, shampoo and body wash. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Steps away from restaurants! It’s a food paradise. Also lots of pharmacies nearby. My room was on the second floor and it did not have a good view. My sisters were on the 6th floor and they had a great view. So if you want a room with a better view, ask for a room on a higher floor. There is no laundry service available at the hotel. They provide a reverse osmosis drinking water dispenser at the lobby, which is very appreciated. Front desk is helpful and friendly. My TV was not working and they came to replace it very quickly.

Clean modern room where everything worked well and the staff was very polite. Good value.

Very bad management. And it was supposed to be free parking. It shows free self parking they charge extra.

Value for money. I travel a lot and so am very particular about cleanliness, good ambience and things working. The rooms were clean and smells new. bed sheets nice and clean, bath towels smell good, hot shower available and right temperature. Air con fresh, cool and no musky smell.

This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. But it’s an easy enough walk and easy To get taxis. Staff are friendly and facilities Are all good, clean and convenient .

You can hear people walk outside the hallway and the noise from next room.

Clean rooms and very reasonable. Very close to many sites and amenities.

The hotel staffs are all well trained and friendly
