This is the second time I have stayed at Hyde and I loved it both times. It's a lovely hotel in an incredible location. Nearby is the beach, ferry, supermarkets, a pharmacy and some beautiful restaurants. The pool food and drinks are really lovely and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool situation is a bit annoying as there is one pool reserved for Mondrian guests only and one pool with a minimum spend. But the Bungalow pool is great and we were able to get a spot there every day.

Amazing hotel

The staff was amazingly friendly, the rooms very clean and food was very good. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel offers breathtaking views that capture the true beauty of Ibiza, whether you're enjoying the sunrise from your room or relaxing by the pool with the sea stretching out before you. Every corner of the property feels like a postcard. What truly made our experience special was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail specially what they dis foe my daughter's birthday made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Exceptional service like this is rare and deserves special recognition. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and inviting. If you're looking for a hotel with stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and an authentic Ibiza luxury experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return! I stayed here expecting the vibrant, bohemian, and design-led experience that the Hyde and Mondrian brands usually promise. Instead, the hotel felt completely hollow, corporate, and soulless. It feels less like a thoughtfully designed lifestyle hotel and more like a generic, stark building with a few trendy pieces of furniture thrown in to check a box. For the premium price tag, the constant monetization is exhausting. Absolutely everything is a paid extra—from the basic wellness activities like yoga and hikes to the pool daybeds, which demand a hefty 150 EUR minimum spend. It felt like a corporate exercise in eking every last Euro out of guests rather than offering a premium hospitality experience. While the rooms look fine on the surface, they are nothing special and lack any distinct personality—you could be in a standard Marriott or Hilton anywhere in the world. Worse, the acoustics are a nightmare. Because of the tile flooring and layout, the entire place echoes like crazy. Despite Cala Llonga being a quieter area, I was woken up between 2 AM and 4 AM almost every single night by the echo of clubbers returning from Ibiza Town or San Antonio. To top it off, my air conditioning broke, resulting in a large puddle in the room that soaked my shoes. While staff were quick to fix the AC, it was a frustrating hassle to deal with. The hotel markets itself as a culinary resort, but the reality is incredibly basic. The breakfast is a highly average very little fresh.

We chose the property because although it was in a very quiet area, it was said have difference areas of musical entertainment and a really good vibe. We are a bit older and don’t club anymore but it doesn’t mean we don’t love the music and party, we just like daytime and early evening. All these zones of pool area and places things were going on totally oversold and there was a minimum spend on the main pool area over looking the beach that wasn’t mentioned on booking. That wouldn’t have been so bad but the drinks were extortionate, 1 beer, one aperol for over 27 euros. The main restaurant was Mexican which was a bit naff and if you were not eating there on that night then you didn’t get that entertainment. The breakfast was totally over promised, there was no eggs Benedict or Eggs Royal or anything that was special. The meat and cheeses were minimal. The pastries were sadder than a sale in Lidl and that is a shame as the breakfast staff worked hard. The rooms were good, bed very comfortable and shower all good, we did get a partial sea view as promised. Reception didn’t tell us anything on arrival and now i know why, This didn’t live up to anything expected

This hotel is fab. The suites. Outside spaces. Food. Art aesthetics all sublime. It’s the slightly less expensive sister of the Mondrian but still gives all of the glamour
