Positives Clean room, good breakfast, good location. Negatives The room was very small, with the bed against the wall. This meant one person had no bedside table and had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. The walls were very thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The bed was positioned beneath overhead lights, making it uncomfortable to sit up and read. It was also disappointing that tea and coffee facilities were chargeable. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in where I’ve had to pay for a tea bag. That said, the bed was comfortable and we slept reasonably well. Unfortunately, our experience was affected before we arrived. Although we had paid for our stay 10 months in advance, the hotel incorrectly believed we had not prepaid. We provided proof of payment, which was also confirmed by Hotels.com, yet we received no apology for the confusion or the rude messages sent beforehand. The issue was never acknowledged on arrival, leaving us feeling uncomfortable from the outset. During our stay, the hotel contacted us through Hotels.com asking whether we had slept well the first night of our stay. We replied that we could hear guests in the next room. At checkout, we were told a different room had been offered via a message to hotels.com, but no such message appeared in our Hotels.com account, so we never received it. Overall, the room layout, noise levels, communication and customer service detracted from the experience.

This hotel was very nice in all aspects except for the bed. Smaller than reached requested which was a queen size. The breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was quiet, the room was clean and the location was excellent for tourists.

The hotel was great! The location excellent! The staff were extremely helpful & very polite! I will definitely stay there again in the future!! And I would definitely recommend others to do so as well!

No Grab Bar or anti-slip mat in shower. Small towels with no hand towel

The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again.
