The air conditioning was out of service, and the room was extremely hot. We had a very uncomfortable night because it was impossible to sleep in the heat. The hotel only provided a portable fan, which was not enough. When we complained, the staff told us the air conditioning was not working because of construction next to the building, and they also said they never advertised having air conditioning on Expedia. Seriously, do you believe a hotel can operate without air conditioning? This was extremely disappointing, and guests should have been informed before booking.

Front desk and kitchen staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Coffee was provided in the room and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Walkable to restaurants, markets, bars and tourists attractions. Some renovating and construction being done but not so Much of a nuisance. AC wasn’t cool enough so I can only imagine how hot it can get in the summer. But will stay here’s again.

A very good hotel near the center and alot of shopping centers around the staff are polite and helpful but the wifi is bad

Decent price, good breakfast options and very friendly staff. Within 1 min of metro and plenty of shops and eating options around.

Staff is lovely and it's clean. There is a lot of construction in the area, which isn't helping the hotel. Breakfast is good, but not great.

Very nice hotel

Let me start by saying that there was a conference in town the week I stayed so I paid $500+ a night for this hotel - this is NOT a $500/night hotel. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated with red decor everywhere. The outside construction made getting an Uber/Bolt difficult, and I had to walk through some dark alleys by myself to access public transport (and there are some sketchy stores nearby if you make a wrong turn). The room was basic, neither of the lights by my bed worked and the blow dryer burnt out within 30 seconds of use (they provided me with a new one). Oftentimes the front desk was not manned and any issues I had had to wait for the next day to be dealt with, such as my internet code not being valid. Brunch was okay - some lunch meat and fruit, the "hot" food was often cold and the break was not fresh.

Hotel facade is on renovation, construction all around it. You have to walk around to get in . It was ok for the price. Close to shopping center

Excellent value for the money. Perfect location, close to everything.

Very nice staff. An excellent price. The room was clean and the water was hot. The breakfast buffet was fresh and good, with hot options. Not the best views, but a good place to sleep at the end of the day. Not far and definitely walkable to the core area of Frankfurt.
