The staff was so friendly and always cleaning. The food was underwhelming and it’s a Pepsi product only resort. There were plenty of restaurant options but the steak house was the best by far. The party pool with the swim up bar was a blast! Tons of games and music throughout the day. The big pool was very relaxing, the other pool is small but out of the way if you want more privacy. The beach was okay, we went during sargassum season but the staff cleaned it every morning. Tons of chairs and umbrellas to use. The location is great if you want to walk around off property for souvenir shops.

Hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The food at the a la carte was good. There is not a lot to do in the evening on the resort.

bedrooms arr old, I requested a king size bed and got a double bed instead and when I said I had requested a king size I was told I had to pay extra, when I have stayed at other Rius and never had that problem.
