This has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Although we booked a two-night stay, we checked out after the first night. Unfortunately, it was too late to arrange alternative accommodations on our arrival day, leaving us with no option but to stay the first night. The photos displayed on the booking websites are highly misleading and do not accurately represent the property's actual condition. The reality is significantly different from what was advertised and fell far below our expectations. To provide prospective guests with a more accurate understanding of the hotel, I have attached photos that reflect the property's true condition. I also have 2 short videos, but unfortunately Expedia does not allow videos I hope this helps others make a more informed decision when considering a stay here.

The location was great near everything. I didn't like the hotel. the lift was old. the rooftop wasn't great. nice views though.

We enjoyed our recent one-night stay. Although very small, the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained; AC worked great. Centrally located and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The best part was the view from the fifth floor rooftop while enjoying our morning coffee. Breakfast was available for a fee. A great place to stay while passing through Athens.

Perfect location, almost everything was within walking distance. Room has a balcony with a view of the Acropolis and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Breakfast was very good, rooftop has a great view of the Acropolis. Staff was very nice, helpful and accomodating, especially Panagiota, very pleasant, kind, and friendly.

Our first experience in Athens, Greece would have not been perfect without the staff in Metropolis Hotel. The check in was less than a minute, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The place is simple and clean, nothing complicated. The location is PRIME. Highly suggest this place for Travellers and I will be looking forward to staying again with them in the future. Thank you for making it memorable for us in Athens.
