I came on a 4th of July trip with my family. I need somewhere affordable and where I can stay for the night before our waterpark resort. They falsely advertised our room. I paid for 2 double g queen sized beds and received a full size bed and an extremely rough jail mattress. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable. My husband has back problems and had to sleep on a couch mattress that made his back pain intolerable in the morning. Over our night stay we noticed that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all prior to our stay. There was hair on the sink ,the bathtub has stains of some sort which we didn’t feel comfortable showering especially our child, the toilet wasn’t cleaned disgusting. We had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes provided by ourselves. Worst of all we killed 3 roaches and when opening the fridge a roach was in the bottom mini fridge. Once we arrived I asked if there was another room because I paid for 2 queen sized beds and the lady in charge said our room was the only one available. We were told when arriving that the description given online was not the actual stay. We booked days prior over Expedia so we wouldn’t have any difficulties finding an overnight place to stay since it is 4th of July weekend but we leave with these bad memories our money was wasted.

The room was not clean the hot water was missing no toilet paper. Had to clean the jetted tub before use other people's pupic cares in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The towels had more holes than swiss cheese.The bedding was questionable to be clean the beding did not fit this motel could be nice if it was fixed, and they got new towels and betting
