Under genomsnittet
I had to change room 3 times because the windows couldn't be closed so mosquitoes were coming into the room. Each room had some issue either with windows or aircon. The room I ended up in was dirty, there was something spilled on the floor and table, and the shower was constantly dripping. The condition of the hotel was very poor.

Not much to complain about the facilities but during weekend the Uptown nearby can be quite busy and noisy.
