This was our first time in Busan. We didn't have a hard time finding our hotel. Their were many food options near us.

Room was terribly hot, estimated at over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Window vent was only the size of a shoebox, so not much ventilation was possible. Airconditioner was disabled due to it being winter. Older gentleman at front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I asked if there was a way to make the room cooler. Very unpleasant experience.

Under genomsnittet It was too dirty and everything was not readying to stay someone at the hotel. There are too many ants. Also, a bed was very uncomfortable so we couldn’t take a rest time. We wasted time ans money... we don’t recommend to stay at this hotel. It was the worst hotel.:(

The hotel is about 50 meters away from "exit 5" of Busan Station and there is a taxi station right in front of it. I found it quite convenient for my sightseeing tour.
The building is a bit old but the rooms are OK, small but acceptable.

The bad: seedy area. Insufficient command of English of the front desk staff.
The ugly: cleaning is superficial, hair on mattress, in the bath tub, on the floor. Boogers on the wallpaper. The room stinks of old tobacco smoke. A single-person room is tiny and the window faces the wall of the adjacent building. This is a love motel, disgusting and dingy.
