Contrary to the listing, the hotel did not offer cooked to order breakfasts or a restaurant on site. Breakfast was a small buffet based on warming dishes that had no heat. Eggs, pancakes, assorted meats, etc., were basically cold. In addition, there was a large TV screen in the room, but no broadcast service. On the upside, the AC and hot showers worked and it was conveniently located near restaurants.

We island hopped and this was our favorite hotel. The room was spacious and had a pretty view. Our room had two bathrooms, lots of pillows and a drying line which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was great. Staff were very nice. Loved the location. The stairs were a bit challenging up to the fourth floor room but we embraced it. Loved it, would return. Great value for price.

Overall our stay here was great! The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, just off of the the busy street so you can walk to all the shops and most of the downtown restaurants within 5 minutes. The bay walk is also a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and the breakfast is really good, unless their is a large group they make it to order when you sit down to eat. If there is a large group it will be buffet style but they are continuously replacing the food so it's hot. I read other reviews about WiFi being a problem but we had some WiFi in our room and lounge area.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are always so friendly, kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. This place is very clean, quiet and very comfortable. We were all very satisfied and pleased with our stay.

No wifi in the rooms and poor signal in the lobby. Phone in the room does not work so one has to go to the reception to ask for some towels or service. Okay for the price. Close to the dock. Appreciate the included breakfast. Quiet with ample storage.

Location is excellent, walking distance to the port for the tours. The breakfast was great! The staff were very helpful. We stayed there for 4 nights, and I had asked them to clean our room but they didn’t clean our room. I was disappointed. That was my only complaint
