Staff friendly, helpful. Cabin was clean. Comfortable double beds. The 2x adults using the bunk beds found the plastic undercovers unpleasant & uncomfortable. Hairdryer was a welcome convenience.

Great to see some work has been done on the units. Been staying here for years and it's a nice touch and great to see investment in the properties. Always a great!! Best Bang for your buck in rotorua!

it was a lovely, clean and a central location. only stayed one night but would have loved to use the thermal pools also. the bbq can use some help but the kitchens and bathrooms were in a immaculate state. really loved our stay
