It’s a perfect location and fit for the ancient town of Hoi An. A little rough around the edges but with lots of character and charm. I’ll stay here again.

Super helpful staff, amazing location and the pool was essential after walking so much in the heat! Can get noisy if you happen to have large groups as the sound sort of travels everywhere but didn't bother us as they close the pool at 10 so sleep unaffected. Great having filtered water to drink in reception and the lovely staff to help us book tours etc. Would happily stay here again!

Everything was so bad. No sound insulation. Pool is dirty. Room was disgusting. You should never choose this hotel.

The room was dirty and had poor sound insulation, making it very noisy. We could clearly hear kids screaming at the pool, which was very disruptive. The air conditioning was loud, and despite several attempts to get it fixed, the temperature remained uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the staff wearing red áo dài were rude and unprofessional, often displaying unfriendly behavior. Overall, we felt that the service and environment did not justify the cost, and we ended up spending extra money at a nearby facility to have a more comfortable experience.

The pool had dead insects floating on top of the water. No smell of chlorine and no observable current (to indicate any kind of filtering). The rooms could be cleaner, with dusting and vacuuming of the floors. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

Charming smaller hotel close to Hoi An old town. Staff very helpful. Center courtyard has a nice pool. Rooms are attractive and reflect the atmosphere of Hoi An. Many good places to eat within walking distance, and the middle of the old town is just a couple of blocks away.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They also arranged our airport pickup and drop off which made the travel so much easier. The room was clean and the hotel is near all the shopping and food areas.

I stayed for a few weeks. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Right on the edge of the ancient city, you are surrounded with choices for shopping and eating. Everything I wanted was within easy walking distance.
