The room was one of the best I’ve stayed in! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable! The air conditioning was definitely needed after a very hot day! I’ll definitely be booking again.

We have stayed here 2x, we came back. Most of the front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. The property is newer so nice design and clean and fresh. very convenient to Paddington, we actually took a taxi since we had luggage, and was maybe 8-10 minutes. Great to walk to Hyde Park from here.

Bra

Bott med barn

The room was very clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the hallway carpet smelled old and musty. The hotel lacked several amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, terrace or outdoor seating area, and guest laundry facilities. Considering the high room rates, it was disappointing that breakfast was not included. On the positive side, all of the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and the underground station, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
