Zero customer service. Checked with reception before booking to make sure I could use the pool because my current hotel pool was not working. I was assured it was working and available but after booking and checking in I found the pool closed. Reception simply said it closes at 7pm and that it was in the paper I signed after I booked and paid for the room. After complaining and asking for management to be informed they told me by text message at 11pm I could use the pool. Too little, late. Hotel info says hot tub on site, also told that was incorrect information. Room walls are thin, you can hear everything in your neighbours room(and they can hear you) Stay somewhere else if you want a pool open past daylight hours and decent customer service.

Excellent hotel, very stylish with plants on the exterior. Great staff and nice roof top pool. Good breakfast as well with good selection.
