Wow! This place was amazing. I stayed here for 2 weeks. The concierge team was kind and helpful. They were always willing to provide assistance when I needed support. The front desk was warm and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The location was spot on. It was within walking distance to everything from Ximending night market to the Red House, Taipei Main Station, MRT, etc. What I really liked was that the cabs and Ubers were right in front of the hotel so getting picked up and dropped off was convenient. I am definitely going back! What made it even special was that the staff celebrated my birthday with me by presenting a dessert plate and card. They did a great job surprising me!!! I will always remember Westgate Hotel!

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to Ximending and surrounded by many delicious local food options. It’s a great place to stay for both couples and families. The room also included a welcome gift of two pineapple tarts, which I really appreciated. However, when I first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. The bathroom also seemed a bit worn out and could use better maintenance. Considering the price, it didn’t feel entirely worth it, which was disappointing. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a decent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Westgate Hotel to anyone visiting Taipei and would gladly stay here again.

Everything lived up to my expectations! The staff, especially the Doorman were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the entire hotel smelled so good ! The location is near Ximenting shops, the MRT, and the night market. Great location! Thank you Westgate Hotel! Will definitely recommend it to everyone who has plans of visiting Taiwan.
