Everything was wonderful. It would’ve been great if at least breakfast was included. But outside of that absolutely no complaints.

Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill. There is a bridge to the Haram right next to this hotel but it was closed. Once it opens, getting to the Haram should be convenient! Room was clean, and overall the hotel is not run down like some of the other Mecca hotels. Bathroom was immaculate with all the necessary amenities. Beds are so comfortable! I slept so well each night! Air conditioning worked well. Wall outlets had USB ports. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again as long as the bridge to Haram is open.
