We’ve just finished another two-week stay at this hotel and once again it exceeded every expectation. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and, honestly, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Bangkok. The staff are incredibly courteous, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The gym is excellent and very well equipped. Even as someone who trains regularly, I found it had everything I needed for a great workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of fresh and delicious food to suit every taste. The location is another major highlight. You’re right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to everything the city has to offer, yet when you return to the hotel it feels like you’ve stepped into your own peaceful cocoon away from the hustle and bustle. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for another fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return.

Very clean and large rooms. Good choice at breakfast. Good location and the free tuk tuk to train station is really handy. Pool area is good for a break from the city.

Perfect stay in Bangkok. Hotel staff were welcoming and the room was just what we needed. Would recommend for short stays in the city.

Staff ranged from cold to hospitable. Overall stay was good. Proximity to the mall and the food court within the mall was super convenient.

Such a great experience staying here. The room was beautiful, clean and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast, gym facilities and pool were next level. Highly recommend.

Hotel is quite new, in good location, clean and good ambiance. Bed & pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean with beautiful view. Staffs are excellent, very kind & helpful & polite. They are willing to help with great attitude. Specially , the front desk staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is variety and delicious. Food and fruit is good quality and fresh.

Our floor was a non smoking floor but on our second day, the halls smelled like cigarette smoke and we were awakened the following morning in our rooms with the smell of cigarette smoke. Our son has asthma so that was a huge concern. They immediately offered to change us to a different room to mitigate the issue.
