Location was very very good, right on the beach road so easy to hop on a truck car to the walking strip or restaurant.
The shared washroom had a bad smell in it for 2 days. On my last day there it seemed to be better, but not sure what happened before that.

Very nice property with great views of Pattaya Bay !
Right across the road from the beach and a bar, restaurant and convenience store on the property.
Not so easy to access reception upstairs with luggage as there is no elevator and the escalator is shut down.
CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION and NICE STAFF ! ! !

海は目の前、ターミナル２１も徒歩圏、コンビニが同じ建物にあるし、近所にセブンイレブンもある。お腹の調子を崩したんですが、１階に薬局がありWeb調べた薬を写真で見せたら直ぐに出してくれました。また行く時もここに泊まります！！

Bra Nice staff but some staff still lack of knowledgement.
Little bit noisy but comfortable room.
Add some facility in the bathroom such as clothes rack etc.
