The staff were lovely and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the smell throughout the floor. It had a strong musty, old smoke smell, and I’m not sure if we were on a smoking floor, but it was quite noticeable. The room itself also had a musty smell on arrival. The bedding and room were clean, but there were some visible stains and areas that looked like shower mould, which made the room feel less fresh. With some attention to the odour and maintenance details, this could be a much better stay, as the staff and location were both positives.

Its a walk from Nana BTS station! pretty outdated. But the room is huge and nice bathroom. Pls check your emergency flashlight, its not working and corroded battery. Staffs were very respectful and professional (I witness how they deal with irate customer) with calmness. I observed that this hotel cater mostly to south asians.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a large corner room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was fairly large with a large shower and plenty of bench space. The wardrobe was large. There was an iron and ironing board. The safe was a decent size. We had dinner at the Traders Bar. The food was nice and tasty. There were no face washers in the bathroom. The shower head kept becoming loose. At dinner on our first night, we had a long wait for dinner. We were told it was very busy in the kitchen. We actually went to the restaurant first and there was no one in there. We did get a complimentary drink for the long wait. When we were checking out, the Receptionist asked us to wait while housekeeping checked our room. We waited and waited, but the Receptionist did not let us know if everything was ok. I had to go and ask her and she then said we were free to go.
