I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)

Great room, but showing a little wear. Friendly staff in hotel and at the outdoor bar. Great pool as well at the top of the building.

Fabulous hotel. Only one issue during the stay ... we had complimentary minibar and snacks as part of our deal, and these would be replenished every day. Sadly, this never happened and EVERY DAY we had to phone to front desk and arrange for the items to be replenished. Once could be an error .... 4 TIMES is poor. Apart from this, the place was a delight to stay at.

Meets the standard of the Grand Hyatt hotels worldwide and is what you should expect Only downside is the lack of excellent restaurants. It was OK, but usually the Hyatt chain does an outstanding job of food preparation and this was disappointing.

Use of the lounge was excellent. The pool and sauna were great. Staff was first rate. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
