Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Singerstrauss. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas du Centre-ville, secteur sécuritaire et calme. La chambre avec cuisinette était parfaite, machine Nespresso incluse! Nous aurions apprécié 2 oreillers chacun et un lit un peu plus moelleux, mais c’était très bien quand même. La chambre était très propre à notre arrivée, mais comme nous avons passé 6 nuits, nous avons demandé un nettoyage après 3 nuits. Ils sont venus, mais n’ont pas changé les taies ni passer l’aspirateur, 2 trucs que nous aurions souhaité. Ils ont toutefois passé avant notre dernière nuit pour changer les draps. Un service de buanderie est disponible sur place où 2 ensembles laveuse-sécheuse sont disponibles pour 3-4 euros. Le personnel à la réception est très attentionnés et efficaces. Merci pour ce beau séjour, nous les recommandons assurément!

This hotel has everything you could want. The room was very spacious and comfortable. And very clean. It was nice to have a kitchen. Also, the laundry in the basement was a real welcomed perk. We didn’t partake in the hotel breakfast because we wanted to eat a healthy breakfast in our room before venturing out for all the culinary sins Vienna has to offer! The staff could not have been more helpful. This was one of the best bookings we’ve ever had. The location was perfect for exploring the city. You won’t be disappointed.
