Everything about the hotel was amazing. If I had to find something wrong I would say the rooms are on the small side compared to North American standards, but nothing we didn't live with for 10 days.

I found the hotel an excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay here again. The amenities were a welcome. Suggestions would be to list what and where certain amenities are, for example, laundry. Which is located on the first floor along with laundry baskets. A lot of information is available in the lounge/snack area on the second floor but a copy in each room would be welcomed. My only complaints would be the stepping in and out of the bathroom, the ledge could be marked better. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, which would have been okay, except the floor that I was on, eventually has a family or two, with kids running and screaming in the hall ways. During the day, it wasn’t such a bother but at 3am it got really annoying. Especially when it was happening every morning.

Staffs are very helpful and courteous. Laundry room has 3 wash machines and dryers that is a good amenity to have.

My stay at Cho Hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were kind and understanding and the room was everything I needed with no excess I especially appreciated the common room stocked with snacks and drinks! I would definitely stay again!

Room was clean but tiny. Mattress was soft. The air conditioner was so noisy that I had to turn off to reduce the noise. There was also a regular crack noise every 15 minutes.

Great for a solo traveler! Great location to public transit and many many restaurants and shopping around the area. The free snack floor and free laundry was a nice surprise!
